Log-in page help v 3.3.1+

I took this page over from the individual that set it up.  She included instructions on the log-in page regarding their username/password, but it is no longer correct. I have looked at every link on the menu but am unable to find the field to edit that information.

Would someone please direct me to the link to edit the log-in page?

Site administration > Plugins > Authentication > Manage authentication.  Right down the bottom of that page is "instructions".
