Can't find the "Question bank".

Hi all,

I'm using Moodle version 3.5.  I can't find the "Question bank" on Menu bar.

Could anyone help me find it or another manner?

Create topic. Add question. Select 'add from question bank'. Now qb should appear in navigation bar.

Click on gear on first page. Click more. You should see question bank.
