It's name was "Wood" and is no longer available in Moodle downloads.

As far as I know the 'wood' theme never existed for any version of Moodle 2.x onwards. It would look dreadfully old fashioned anyway. I'm not sure that's the theme. 

If you go to Site administration > Appearance > Theme selector - you can see what theme is currently selected (under 'Information' for the 'Device type' 'Default'). Having established what the theme is, we can go from there.

See where it says "Administration" down at the bottom left? That one.  

Sorry - I just assume that administrators know which is the (site) administration link. 

You've been trying to find this in the course administration.
