Exporting students' feedback with Grades

My site is Moodle 3.0.4

I archive students' marks (for 7 years) by downloading the marks as an Excel file. I have ticked the option in "  

Export to Excel spreadsheet

to include feedback.  But the students' Course Feedback on the course is not included in the Excel file.

How do I ensure that the students' comments are included?

I also have the same question.  Our course is audited and we have tried to export the grades with Feedback but haven't had any success.  Guidance on this matter

It seems peculiar that the student's course feedback is not considered an equally important result of the course.
