Automatic Feedback- username is appearing the assessment feedback automatically but we don't want this

Hi,

Our moodle expert is now in Russia (we are in Australia).  I was hoping that someone can help me.

In the feedback on assessments, it is automatically generating the trainers ID (firstname.surname) on his computer.  When I logged in at my computer, this did not appear.  Any ideas or suggestions?
