Thank you guys, looks like some of my partners have solved the problem. We had places a links bar just beside the laguage box, and it seems like it was keeping the box from apperaring in IE for some reason. I tested it on IE 6 and didn't show up.
As for other browsers... I use Firefox quite a lot, but I have to make this site available for a lot of people who still trust on billy gates hehe.
