We have the following scenario: a course has a number of student groups set up as separate groups, and the permission for accessallgroups has been removed from the tutor role. At the beginning no tutor is part of a group. Notifications are on for the assignment.
A student submits and gets an e-mail notification; based on tutor's availability, a tutor is selected from the pool and added to the group so that she can access the submitted assignment and mark it. Is there a way for the tutor to get the notification that the student submitted once she is added to the group (i.e. after the student's submission)?
