The issue that I am having is when using /usr/bin/clamdscan It constantly fails scanning the file. If I use /usr/bin/clamscan The file is scanned but this can take almost 20 seconds for a 4KB .png
I believe that the issue is related to the way FastCGI handles file as it uploads them to the /tmp folder. This is hard coded and cannot be changed.
When on the server (terminal) I can scan the /tmp folder with no issues (currently running clamAV as root)
[root@O~]# clamdscan /tmp
----------- SCAN SUMMARY -----------
Infected files: 0
Time: 0.072 sec (0 m 0 s)
Has anyone else had any similar issues with running clamAV on moodle?
