we are using Moodle in closed network environment (intranet) no internet connection. (for some security reasons)

and want to use any of the plagiarism plugin available to compare and check student submitted assignments, unfortunately all plugins available (Turnitin, unicheck, PlagScan) need internet connection in order to perform the plagiarism service. 


is there any advice to get plagiarism service or plugin available in intranet environment ?

Plagcheck looks interesting - it hasn't been published in the plugins db yet (still under review) but you can see it in github here:

It uses a library called simhash to compare similar files.

Many thanks for this valuable information, you gave me a good option instead of paying one of the company who quote it for $4000+ to do this plugin for me...
