In both Moodle 3.1 and 3.5 we're experiencing an error when exporting the Quiz's Statistics report (.../mod/quiz/report.php?id=xxxx&mode=statistics).
When downloading the Xlsx file, and opening it, we got an error indicating the file was broken and recovery was not possible. I've taken the time to look into the underlying xml of the xlsx file I downloaded and noticed the following in the workbook.xml part:
All the question instances to be analyzed have the following format for the name attribute: name=""PE.01"", where one would expect name="PE.01".
Is this something that can be easily fixed, or should I add this to tracker?
