Our students are following a 'blended' learning programme.
We are using the custom certificate plugin to generate certificates based on specific criteria.
At the end of course, we print and award the certificates during the final class session. We would like to be able to prepare the certificates in advance once the teacher has entered the final assessment results using a non-submission assignment activity. I know that the system can alert the teacher when a student submits an assignment - but can it also be set to notify administrators when the teacher has graded it?
