We using the default theme on moodle. After we upgraded to version 3.5, the site administration menu option is missing on the front page.
If the user is an administrator then the option appears, certain users that was not part of the admin group could view the option before the upgrade.
Is there a way to get the option back, the "site administration block" - tried locking it on an admin user and unlock as per previous comments made but still not working.
The users can however access the below link but require the option to display on the front page. (certain users)
