hey all, I'm running Moodle 3.3
I installed a plugin 'Offline Attempts Access Rule' to enable offline quizzes on moodle desktop and mobile. however, the plugin is available only for 3.1. so I was not able to install and tried uninstalling, but I'm NOT able to.
the plugin also asked for a dependency 'Moodle Mobile' which I installed. but that doesn't help because the 'quiz offline attempts' plugin needs 3.1

how do I remove this plugin?
Importantly, how can I get an updated version of this plugin because I still want to use this plugin to get my students to access the quiz offline on desktop or mobile because internet is very patchy in my school.
