More theme widen central column

For many years I have had a theme based on Anomaly, however I am now making the move from 3.1.9+ to 3.5+ and very sadly there are too many issues with Anomaly to continue using it. 

I am now going to use More as it is a 3 column theme and I still want that function.  However the central column in More is too narrow and the information displayed there becomes very cramped and the left and right blocks too wide.  How can I widen the central column and reduce the width of the side blocks without having to put all the blocks on one side?

The only way you can do this successfully would be to add some Layout Files into the More theme.

I've made the changes all you need to do is to unzip the attached layout.zip file and add the layout folder that contains 2 files that I have changed to see if that fixes the problem.

Alll I have done is to change the sizes of the columns you mentioned.
