Moodle 3.4.

If a user complaint that he has not received notification by email of his account creation by Moodle, so can i redo it again (re-create his user account by manual account and force change password) i.e. repeat the process again? Any other way for Moodle to sent notification of account creation to him?

This is the first time happening. He must have missed it or deleted the notification by mistake.
