Hello,
If on a single section page on a course with the Boost theme you were wondering why the section 'Jump to' navigation menu at the bottom was not centred, then please update Moodle to version 3.5+ (Build: 20180614) (2018051700.04) or above. This is all documented in MDL-62576 and the fix is in M3.6 too.
