Here is my dilemma. I am using Moodle for the LMS for a State agency. I have a course where I use scheduler to sign up for a series of webinars for the supervisors. I have this down and running easily.
This year we are trying to get more people involved in the webinars so I am putting them all out.
What I am wanting to do is automate the distribution of the distribution of the Outlook Calendar Invite. Our employee do not use the Moodle Calendar, just the Outlook Calendars. So I made a series of .ics files. I can put it in the comments, but it will show the supervisors the comments when they register for 1. I need them to register first before they get the file.
So my question is can there be a custom message for each webinar that they register for through the scheduler? Is that message something I can set up with teacher access or do I need to have one of the administrators do it?
