I noticed in the 3.5 demo site that moving objects requires 2 moves if you want something at the top. Instead of the way it was in 2.8 (our previous version) where I could just drag and drop objects, I now have to select the top block to move a new block under then move the top block under the new block. Is there an easier way to manage your course layout? Is this a theme issue or a Moodle 3 issue? Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
