Hi moodler I recently developed my moodle site on the localhost and now am trying to migrate to digitalocean. When I try to export my database it bring out HTML.
Exactly what are you doing to export your database?

Am using phpmyadmin on linux to export my database. Am using Moodle 3.5
If this is provided by your hosting company and it isn't working (as appears to be the case) you will need to take this up with your Host's support.
It isn't a Moodle issue.
