We usually use the "separate groups" feature under the Course Administration, so each teacher only see their class information of their own students. Our Moodle version is 3.3.5.
We would like to enable award badges by role, but at the moment, the teacher can see everyone enrolled on the course, which doesn't make sense according to our setup.
I have removed the possibility of seeing Participants and Access to all groups but it doesn't have any impact.
Is there any plan to add groups to filter on badges? Or adding a permission for that?
Otherwise I'll have to try filtering on the query, which leads to the core customization and it's not the best option.
