Currently the Moodle built in recorders just work in the HTML editors. They won't interfere with Poodll or vice versa.
If you would prefer to use those over Poodll, you can simply uninstall PoodLL Anywhere for Atto (or for TinyMCE). Its also possible to just hide individual icons, from the Poodll Anywhere site settings.
If you prefer to show Poodll only to teachers, you can even adjust access to those capabilities in Moodle from
Site admin->Users->Permissions->Define roles
I suppose we need to have the Poodll vs Moodle built in recorders discussion soon. But for now let me just say that its really good news that Moodle has built in audio and video recording. And we are watching closely to see how users find it. Poodll has lots to offer yet, in many areas, so its business as usual for us.
