How do you enable audio/video comments ( I'm using Moodle Cloud)?

) but I don't see it in my interface. There is no record audio/video buttons (as there are in this forum, I notice).

Hello. MoodleCloud is due to be upgraded to Moodle 3.5 shortly and you will be able to have the video/audio then.
