Would it be possible manually to add score for students probably the score is from paper or teacher feedback? Thanks a lot.
In your course, go to "gradebook setup" (in the standard themes it will be in the course administration box)
At the bottom of that screen, you will see "add grade item"
Click that, then input the information it needs in the boxes provided. It will add a grade item to the gradebook that is not connected to any activity, but is just for offline assignments or projects.
