Hi,

We have Windows Server 2016 where is installed Moodle with Apache 2.4.23, PHP 7.0.9 and mysql.

I can login, but when trying to open site administration sub folders, I get "Invalid permissions detected when trying to create a directory. Turn debugging on for further details."

The system was running okay, but I changed site/adminstratio/security settings

Removed Cron execuiton selection and set cron password for remote access.

After that, when trying to use site administration setting, I got error "Invalid permissions detected when trying to create a directory. Turn debugging on for further details."

Also sometimes I got error "Invalid permissions detected in $CFG->dataroot directory, administrator has to fix permissions."

All created courses are visible and running.
