i have setup enrolment and using paypal as payment method to buy courses. but Message inviting user to pay via PayPal is not appear. i have follow this documentation but it not work out https://docs.moodle.org/34/en/PayPal_enrolment. here my web. cikgu2u.net. any help or suggestion. i am using moodle 3.4

You need to enable users to create an account on your site by enabling Email-based self-registration.
