Hello,


Environment:

OS: WIndows 10

Moddle 3.5

Apache: 2.4.33

PHP: 7.1.17

PostgrSQL


Issue: On install, after confirming the paths, the page does not load and display a "The connection was reset" error in Firefox.

Moddle is able to create files and folders in moddledata, cookies are enabled, and I need help solving this!

Here is what the error log looks like:

Solved by uninstalling the server and installing another one
