Current scenario in quiz overrides is that there is no history or record maintain for previous overrides given to the user for that particular quiz.There can be situations where teacher might have to check previous records to check how much extra time was allotted to a student in the past before giving new extra time.
If this need feel obvious to majority of people around we can work around it.
