We are using Moodle 3.2.
My students successfully received feedback notification the first time I gave comment feedback for an assignment.
I then gave further comment feedback on the same assignment, but students received no notification.
The assignment is not graded and there are no submissions.
Is it the case that updates to feedback do not trigger notification?
