I urgently need a hack to be able to issue certificates as often as a course is completed. My Organisation uses online learning for multiple compliance courses which need to be re-taken at various intervals and the new completion documented.
I understand about not changing the information in the database. But is there a way to add a new record to the database when a course is repeated? This would document the new completion and a new certificate (with a new tracking number) could be issued to a student who previously completed a course.
I am unable to use Moodle until this is resolved. Manually processing all of the course completions manually by email verification is consuming a lot of my time! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
