*Moodle 3.5.2 on Debian LAMP*

- Role "Data Protection Administrator" set up with manage data capabilities

- Cron run recently

I am also stuck, without the options of Deny or Approve (or tickboxes to the left). What else can I check to enable proper processing?  Thanks!!

data request are not only dependand on cron, but also on tasks in scheduled tasks. so if you just made the data request, try running the scheduled tasks manually

just to follow up …

The actions Approve/Deny did appear after the following 2 items:

1) I waited for the Cron to run (actually ran the /admin/cron.php script)

2) I added  a 'category' and 'purpose' to the "Data Registry" (previous to this, I had only added same to the "User" branch

Hope this helps someone in future - thanks!

Thank you. This worked for me. How did you know what to do? I can't find it documented.

Just dumb luck - I'm not even sure which of the above 2 actions actually made a difference ;)
