Good day.
When trying to edit a quiz on Moodle 3.1 i get the below error in DEBUG.
PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare quiz_create_attempt() (previously declared in /<pathtomoodle>/mod/quiz/locallib.php:93) in /<pathtomoodle>/mod/quiz/locallib.php on line 93, referer: https://Domainname/mod/quiz/view.php?id=23497
I have checked if the quiz_create_attempt is duplicated in the /<pathtomoodle>/mod/quiz/locallib.php path, but there is no duplicate.
Is there anyone experiencing the same issue.
