The only way I can think of to do this is to create a SCORM activity for each student - you will have to place a 'dummy' SCORM file in the activities. Then change role assignments for each activity - e.g. for Sue's SCORM activity, assign Sue the Teacher role for that activity. For Mary's SCORM activity, assign Mary the Teacher role for that activity. They should then be able to edit their assigned SCORM activity, delete the dummy file and upload their own file. You can then play the submitted SCORM files in Moodle.
