Moodle 3.4/3.5 Upgrade settings Loop bug

I tried to upgrade Moodle 3.3.4 to 3.5 (and previously attempted upgrade to 3.4 – had to do rollback, same bug), but I encountered the following bug. 

On the page with New settings I always get the following:

Pressing "Save changes" just loops back to the same state/page. Anybody elese experiencing the same bug? Has anyone managed to fix this?

I would suggest enabling Debugging (in config.php) before trying anything else. Hope for error messages on the screen or in your web server's error log.

Hi,

I've got the same issue.

I've upgrade 3.6 to 3.7, but I had this issue since 3.5
Is there a sollution?
