Hello, I have a small problem with the module "Certificate", in some installations it does not keep correctly the certificates generated by the students to be able to
download it later (attached image) although in the configuration it is configured to save them, and when I access the certificate link as an administrator, the certificate is opened in pdf format instead of sending me to the page with the "obtain certificate" button.
This is a bit weird because it only happens in two moodle installations (the same in both):
- Moodle 3.0 (with mod certificate 2015111602)
- Moodle 3.4 (with mod cetificate 2016052300)
In the rest of the installations in the same server works perfectly, would someone know why it could be?
I have been testing for a long time and I can find the solution I would greatly appreciate your help.
