I've seen some old threads on this in relation to changes in the way in which Apple handles session cookies for iOS 10 but I'm wondering if there was ever a solution found.
Basically, the audio on my Moodle courses will not play when viewing on an iPad on iOS 10.3. There's still a lot of folks using this O/S on iPad gen 4 devices.
Having viewed this thread, I thought that an upgrade to the lastest version of Moodle might fix it, but we did that overnight and the audio issue is still there: https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-56457
I'd really appreciate any assistance or guidance on this - we're a small business, we've gone to beta stage and are stuck because we can't resolve this issue.
BTW - our courses are created through Articulate and their support people can't throw any light on it either.
Thanks so much!
OOps, issue resolved. Sorry guys!
