I have set the 'Remind me to grade by' to 26 weeks. Unfortunately, the dashboard will only show assignments needing to be graded going back only two weeks (the default setting). What am I doing wrong? Thanks
This "Feature" has been causing me a lot of problems as well, especially with late submission work. If you find a workable solution, I'd love to hear about it.
We found this to be hard coded somewhere. I will try to find and share with you.
We are now on 3.6 and it appears that the remind me to grade by does not display on the course overview block any more.
correction: The reminders are there but there does not seem to be an indicator when an assignment is waiting to be graded ie. has been submitted. In the previous version, teachers could easily see the number of assignments needing to be graded.
Update: In Moodle 3.4 in /blocks/myoverview we modified the following files:
/templates/event-list.mustache
amd/build/event_list.min.js
amd/build/event_list_by_course.min.js
The structure of myoverview has changed in 3.6 so our changes wont work any more.

What changes did you make on 3.4 which fixed the problem ?
(I played with admin option 'remind me to evaluate' but it doesn't seem to be taken into account...)
