Nav Drawer Multilanguage?

Hello!

My question is about the links in the customized Nav Drawer. Is it possible to use the multi-language filter (https://docs.moodle.org/28/en/Multi-language_content_filter) for the links text filled in Theme setting > Custom menu items?

For example:

Ajudes:
<span lang="ca" class="multilang">Ajudes</span>
<span lang="es" class="multilang">Ayudas</span>
<span lang="en" class="multilang">Help</span>

I've tried and it is show like this: AjudesAyudasHelp

This is working fine in other HTML areas.

I'm using Moodle 3.4 and Boost Theme and Fordson Theme last version as well.

Any idea?

Thank you,
Marga

Picture of Core developers Picture of Plugin developers Picture of Testers

"Each line consists of some menu text, a link URL (optional), a tooltip title (optional) and a language code or comma-separated list of codes (optional, for displaying the line to users of the specified language only)"

From the text below the custommenu box

So the principle is a little different from the multilang filter (easier?) but has the same effect of displaying certain menu items to certain language users.

Note, the custommenu box is not an HTML area, its a text box that allows a list of links formatted in a certain way for processing.

Hi again,

Now I have this in the custommenu box:

Ajudes||Ajudes|ca

Ayudas||Ayudas|es

Help||Help|en

This works great. But, when I choose some different language from ca, es or en, nothing is displayed.

There is some solution to show something by default?

Thank you!

Marga
