Lately I've noticed that Chrome is autofilling forms when it shouldn't. I'm aware that this has been an issue with password fields in the past, but I'm seeing it in non-password fields. The latest example is in the Assignment Marking Guide. The field in which to enter the student's score is highlighted yellow and auto filled with the teacher's name. Short of turning off Chrome's autofill feature, which is generally useful, is there a way to prevent this behavior? In my development of other plug-ins, I've found that type autocomplete=off in form field definitions is ineffective.
We're using Moodle 3.0 and Chrome 66 64-bit
