Moodle 3.4 incoming mail server: message inbound task pickup_messages sender validation fails if email address isn't exact case ►

I am using Moodle 3.0 with Academi theme. I have downloaded the Accessibility Block (which is fantastic) but unfortunately it won't continue to show (disappears) once inside course pages.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
