My apologies to you Mary and Fernando. It's the Pioneer theme that does not flip its breadcrumbs in Arabic. My BCU theme works perfectly in Arabic. Moodle version that I am using is v3.1. Sorry for the confusion.
Is there a way to correct this problem in Pioneer theme? Thanks a lot.
