Hello,
I have upgraded my moodle installation from 3.1 to 3.5, the platform starts, I can access and view activities in my courses but I can't access the site administration panel. The error is below. The "Continue" button just reloads the page.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, so I managed to fix it by manually editing file $MOODLE_ROOT/lib/classes/component.php and adding
'register' => $CFG->dirroot.'/'.$CFG->admin.'/registration',
to the core subsystems. This was removed in commit dbdae3d343c18dbc49e0aae0d539089438697f97 on the 23rd of April. I also used a development feature and purged the caches before it started working again.
