I have already published some apps in google and app store(not moodle ones). Now, I found moodle very useful I've installed it and my students liked it very much. We want to have our own app without always typing site url. I've read these two links:

https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Setting_up_your_development_environment_for_Moodle_Mobile_2 - doesn't work in Windows... (shows only a blank white page)
Do you have any other file documentation where I can see some steps what should I do?
PS: I've downloaded only the phonegap version but it seems kind of 'locked' which I can't edit... even though I've edited the 'config.json' it again shows the same page asking for site url.
Please can anyone here help me?
