I have exactly the same problem:

* line 223 of /lib/externallib.php: call to external_api::validate_parameters()
* line 59 of /lib/ajax/service.php: call to external_api::call_external_function()

It happened after upgrade moodle 3.5 to 3.7.1. I don't know what the rule is when this error appears or not.

Do you have any idea where this error come and how to solve it?

I am also having exactly the same issue since upgrading to Moodle 3.8.1 . Have also using Adaptable 2.2.2.

Please uninstall "block_calendar_month" plugin, to upgrade this plugin.

This solution solved my problem...

Hi Zeinab,

I unistalled "block_calendar_month" and yes it did solve my problem. Thank you. But the second part I am having an issue with, "to upgrade this plugin". I cannot find the plugin on Moodle plugins directory to install it again. Calendars are really needed. Do you know where I can find the plugin?

Hi I just wanted to say thanks again. I just found the plugin for calendar month block in a fresh download of moodle and found and zipped the plugin and installed it and it worked and the invalid parameter didn't return. I was only getting it when using H5p on the mobile app. So that is a great solution for anyone who is also having this issue.
