Backup and restore

Hi everyone and apologies if this has been discussed before, but I haven't been able to find it in recent posts.
I've read all the info I've found on complete sites backup, and so far I understand that the 3 parts you must backup are:
- moodle folder (to save languages, themes...)
- moodledata folder (to save all uploaded files)
- database: you export the db to a single *.sql file (with all the users' information)
You download everything and store for example in a CD.
My question is: am I forgetting something important to restore a whole site if necessary? Is a folder, a file or whatever not included above and should be?
