Expand Moodle 3.4.2+ on the local machine win7 64x I use the installation package for Windows.
Extracted to a local disk. I changed port 80 in the files httpd.conf \ server \ apache \ conf and \ server \ apache \ conf \ original.
On the working machine 80, the port is occupied by production systems.
