Error while downloading PPT and PDF files

Hi,

Moodle Version - 3.4.2

OS - Windows

DB - MYSQL

   I have tried to download pdf and ppt files from my moodle site. When i click the download link, it will open in a new window but has the error like failed to load pdf document for PDF and failed to download ppt for PPT.

Before going any further... does it work in a different browser or (failing that) on a different computer?

Switch on Debugging

Reproduce the problem and then check your web server's error log. It may be that an error is occurring that corrupts the file. You won't see it but it should be logged.

Sure Maya.

Some files in moodledata (moodledata->filedir->) are missing.

After i found out the issue, i replaced my moodledata backup files. Finally, the issue is fixed and my pdf and ppt are downloaded properly.
