I have students id and want to link each group of students based on there id to certain topic, so they insert there id thw topic related to there id appear which will be different from other group of students

Wow.. what a good idea! I am not aware of anything existing that allows this to happen, so you understand this is likely to be an entirely new feature?  Is short, there are three options, one is to place it as a new feature on Moodle Tracker, and try to get support for it to be developed for a future release. The other is to either write it yourself, or have someone do it for you. The third option is do both. IF your PHP skills are good and you can get some support from the development community, this would be quite doable I would think.
