How can I create a users group in moodle 3.5.

I am new to moodle, I am not able to navigate through Administration > Course administration > Users > Groups, I am using moodle 3.5 on boost theme. can you please help me with this?
Hi,
First go inside the course. On the course page you will find gear icon (settings icon) on top right corner. Click on it. A drop-down will be open, you will find "more" in the last. Click on "more".
Course administration screen will open on which there will be two tabs Course administration and Users. Click on Users tab. You will find "Group" link under it.
