Hi i have updated the moodle from 2.9.4 to 3.4 and from then my site shows me a message "Site is being upgraded, please retry later." What i have to do to run my site properly
Did you put Moodle into Maintenance Mode before you did the upgrade? If so, you need to switch it off after the upgrade.
Did you get any error messages during the upgrade?
