Is there a way to remove activity completion data for a single student within a course, without jeopardizing other students' activity completion reports? We're talking SCORM packages and certificate generation.
In essence, is it possible to reset the course for one student--so that the student can start "from scratch" in the course--no activity completion records and no grades?
There are two ways, one is to clone the course, remove all user data and enroll that student in the cloned course, or to give that student a new username and enroll them in that course. That is likely to be the simplest way.
It seems from your comments that other students have all done, if so, you could archive the course, reset it and re-enroll that student another way to do it.
